About Jason Mesa
After nearly a decade of working in the fitness industry, Jason Mesa decided to make a career change from helping people transform their bodies and lives, to showing them how to achieve their dream of owning property they can call home. Jason started with DTZ Canada Inc. (now Cushman & Wakefield) in 2013 as a Research Analyst. Throughout his time in this role he has obtained comprehensive knowledge in some of the different products available in Commercial Real Estate which include: Office, Industrial, and Land. His knowledge has been an asset to the clients he has consulted. In January of 2017 Jason decided to change his Real Estate focus from Commercial Real Estate to Residential Real Estate. Jason continues to work closely with his clients to guide them through the purchasing and selling process and all the steps in between. He understands the importance of value and what it means to his clients. His understanding of the market plays a significant role in the decision making process. He uses this knowledge to achieve his clients’ objectives, and he efficiently and diligently helps to guide his clients towards their long-term vision. Outside of Real Estate Jason’s passion lies in soccer. Throughout his collegiate career he won many Provincial Championships and a National Championship. Once his playing career at Humber concluded he began his coaching career where he found the same success from the side lines winning 6 of 7 Provincial Championships and 4 of 5 National Championships. Aside from coaching at Humber College, Jason has also worked with the York Region District Development Program, Peel Region District Development Program and more recently with the Mississauga Portofino Soccer Club. Jason has been able to use his contacts from soccer for many other areas of life as well as for business development.
