Lang has managed several large real estate brokerages in Mississauga and Toronto, and was in charge of franchising at one of the Canada's largest real estate franchises. Lang’s experience in real estate management includes daily operations, recruiting, salesperson retention, staffing, training, TREB/BREB/OREA/RECO guidance, arbitration and professional standards, partnerships, and marketing.

With extensive, continuing involvement in committees and task forces at TREB and BREB, Lang served as the President of the Brampton Real Estate Board in 2017.
